
A Sweet Moment on the Amalfi Coast
If you want to learn to create desserts and confections that will inspire and amaze your friends and family then you must participate in one of our courses with Chef Tiziano Mita at Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel in Atrani , on the Amalfi Coast.
Utilizing the flavors of the Mediterranean, Tiziano and his wife Mafalda have created a world of italian pastries and desserts that will leave you dreaming of the sweet life of the Amalfitan coast.
Every course begins with a welcome coffee, petits fours and a warm greeting from Mafalda. After tempting your palette with a warm up treat Chef Tiziano will then begin a 2 ½ - 3 hour session that will open your mind to the world of desserts both traditional and modern.
Chef Tiziano’s creativity is without boundaries and his flavor pairings will leave your palette longing for more.
Each course can be tailored to you needs but what remains constant is that you will leave with new skills and ideas that will make you the most popular host in town!

Basic presentation of gelato and the differences between gelato, sorbet, & granita.
Demonstrations of techniques required to produce cream based gelato and fruit based gelato.

How to have a fresh breakfast every day.
Basic presentation of organic yeast briosche and the differences between briosche or croissant. Demonstrations of techniques to produce natural products for breakfast.

Traditional Neapolitan cakes for Christmas period (Available November - December)
- Nougatine with almonds, pistacho, hazelnut

Chocolate and Candy Making Course
Come Learn to make traditional italian candies and chocolates for the holidays.
Along with classic italian favorites, you will also learn about the modern art of chocolate and confections. Chef Tiziano Mita provides instruction not only on techniques of production but also on the art of flavor pairings combining unique Mediterranean ingredients to create delicious creations.
Full Immersion Program
This course is suited for the client who may desire a more intensive program and exploration of the world of italian pastry. We can teach the basics of several different components of italian pastry over the course of several days.
This course will provide a deeper understanding of italian pastry and can be tailored to meet the clients desires.
Notes:
This course will be a singles session course for a Group of 5 to 10 people beginning at 14:30.
This course will be held in two seperate work sessions during the day for groups of 11 to20 people in order to allow for more space per person and personal interaction.
Work session (for groups 11-20 people)
1st Work session: 14:30 pm
2nd Work session: 17:00 pm
